Dongguan Qiyi Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. It is a modern enterprise integrating R&D, mold design, production and sales. We specialize in providing various large thick-gauge thermoforming plastic products to customers. Over the years, we have continuously absorbed new technologies and new processes domestic and abroad, and have boldly innovated & accumulated rich experiences to train a large number of technical staffs.
We are equipped with 15+ large scale thermoforming vacuum forming machines, multiple gantry five-axis CNC machines, multiple three-axis CNC machines, as well as supporting equipments like bending machines, surface milling machines, aluminum mold CNC machines, etc., to ensure production progress and product quality. The maximum forming size is 4500mm(L)x2200mm(W)x900mm(H). The maximum thickness of the plastic sheet can reach 15MM .

All products, materials & colors can be customized per client’s requirements. Common used materials: ABS, ASA, ABS/ASA, ABS/PMMA, PC+ABS, PC, PMMA, PE, PP, PVC, PET, PETG, HIPS. Surface finishes can be gloss, matte, textured, or film laminated, according to actual needs. We accumulated our own unique and extensive experience in transparent products such as PC and PMMA.
