What is the MOQ?
Generally, we require MOQ as 100pcs. But, if it is difficult for clients, we can adjust to lower quantity accordingly.

What color do you provide?
Color can be customized by clients.

What surface finish can be?
Surface finishes can be chosed as glossy, high-glossy, matte, different textures, brushed finish, hair-cell treatment, or film laminated as carbon fiber texture/finish etc.

What is the lead time for molds and fist samples?
It takes 7 to 20 days to get molds and fist samples ready normally. But, if the the mold and product is too large, it takes longer lead time.

What is the max. thickness for heavy gauge thermoforming vacuum forming?
Normally, max. thickness can reach 15mm. But, it differs from different material.

What is the max. part size can be produced by your company?
The max. part size we can produce: 4500mm(length)x2200mm(width)x900mm(height)

What materials can be used for heavy gauge thermoforming vacuum forming?
ABS, ASA, ABS/ASA, ABS/PMMA, ABS/PVC, PC+ABS, Kydex, PC(POLYCARBONATE), PMMA(ACRYLIC), PE(POLYETHYLENE), PP(POLYPROPYLENE), PVC, PET, PETG, HIPS, TPO etc. can be used for heavy gauge thermoforming vacuum forming.
