PC thermoforming is a premium heavy gauge thermoforming solution integrating high strength and high light transmittance for high-standard scenarios. Our customized PC thermoforming uses high-purity polycarbonate sheets with strict drying treatment to eliminate bubbles and surface defects. It covers 0.3mm–25mm thickness ranges and supports one-piece forming of 4-meter large panels, breaking the size limits of traditional injection molding. PC thermoforming offers outstanding performance with nearly 90% light transmittance and 250 times higher impact resistance than ordinary glass. It adapts to extreme temperatures from -60℃ to 120℃, features 2-second self-extinguishing flame resistance and excellent insulation against 10kV voltage. With UV stabilizer treatment, PC thermoforming products resist outdoor aging and yellowing, while optimized structural design prevents right-angle stress cracking. They are widely used in medical shells, outdoor equipment enclosures and optical components, ensuring long-term safety and durability.
