Service introduction:
Contact, RFQ received, communication, feasibility & DFM analyze, quotation, mold and sample making, samples approval, production and packing, goods delivery
First, the client contact us to consult regarding production processes.
If thermoforming vacuum forming is suitable for the case, then the client send drawing and detailed requirements to us for quotation.
We will have initial and rough assessment of process feasibility based on client's drawing and detailed requirements. If there is any issue can not reach the requirement, we will communicate with client regarding how to solve and balance.
After communicate with client, we will have a complete feasibility and DFM analyze.
To quote the mold cost and unit price to client.
After quotation accepted and final drawing received, we move to mold and sample making.
After samples received, the client would do the assembly, outlook inspection and necessary tests. Then approve the samples.
After samples approved and purchase order received, we will carry out the production and packing.
After goods packed, we will arrange the delivery per clients request.
