Our customize PC thermoforming vacuum forming cover are widely used for transparent dome house, parking system, equipment cover etc. considering the good comprehensive features (excellent impact resistance, anti-drop, not easy to break, high mechanical strength, easy molding, high temperature resistant, etc.)
To apply thermoforming vacuum forming for your PC cover will help you to save a lot of mold cost. The mold cost of thermoforming is about 10%-20% of injection mold normally. Also, the lead time is short (1-2 weeks average). And, wall thickness & cutting can be adjusted flexible without any mold change.
