1.The client offers rough idea, design concepts and overall dimension requirements

2.We start to design drawings according to client’s information.

3.We send the drawing to client for checking and confirmation

4.We discuss, evaluate and compare different process, solution. Then focus on the most suitable process and solution according to our inner validation. Then our team work out a detailed developing and production schedule.

5.To make mold and samples based on the schedule (during this period, more tests and verifications are required and carried). 

6.Mass production and delivery after sample confirmed.

Project Highlights:

1.Fast reaction and rapid developing. From client’s concept to real samples, it took 3 weeks only.

2.Smooth mass production and delivery. After sample confirmed, mass production and delivery run smoothly.

3.To save 70% shipping space by optimizing process, assembly and packing. Originally, the clients plan to ship assembled whole cushion. In that case, it takes a lot of shipping space and the risk of damage is very high since the cushion is hollow inside, can not be stacked one by one, can not withstand heavy load or pressure. After many times’ adjustments and testing, we finally figured out the solution, to pack the cushion stacked half side by half side. Then the client put both sides together to get a whole cushion when the do the window decoration.
