Introduction
Our Sun proof UV resistant vacuum forming thermoforming large covers are widely used for large equipment cover, outdoors decoration and display, transparent dome house etc. We are not only molding the battery housing, but also do related process like painting, printing, brass nut insert, assembly, testing etc.
Besides, thermoforming vacuum forming mold cost is low (10%-20% of injection mold), but with fast lead time. And, wall thickness & cutting can be adjusted flexible without any mold change.
