It prevents dirt residue from accumulating and suppresses bacterial reproduction to meet hospital infection control standards

Besides, thermoforming vacuum forming mold cost is low (10%-20% of injection mold), but with fast lead time. And, wall thickness & cutting can be adjusted flexible without any mold change.
