Introduction
Our fire resistant 94-V0 level PC/ABS vacuum forming thermoforming housings are widely used for battery package, automotive parts, electric appliance, fire resistant housing, energy storage pack etc. We are not only molding the battery housing, but also do related process like brass nut insert, assembly, testing etc.
Besides, thermoforming vacuum forming mold cost is low (10%-20% of injection mold), but with fast lead time. And, wall thickness & cutting can be adjusted flexible without any mold change.
